Sex makes your life more happy and rejuvenating. Sex has many good effects on your health. Sex improves your immunity against the harmful diseases. During sex the thousands of calories are burnt which avoids the gain of excess of fat in the body. Latest discovery also made us aware that more sex avoids erectile dysfunction.

A study was conducted to check the effect of age on the men sexuality. The study revealed that the sexual urge in the men decreases as the age increases. The factors which are responsible for the reduced sexual urge are as follows:

1.Late erections and Force of Ejaculation Decreases
2.Uninterested Partner
3.Diabetes
4.Deficiency of Testosterone
5.Erectile Dysfunction

The condition when men are unable to attain the erection or sustain the erection is called as the erectile dysfunction. Because of the erectile dysfunction men lose the self-esteem and confidence in them and the men become shy and covert. Lack of enough blood supply to the penile organ causes erectile dysfunction in men. Also, damage to the inner walls which is frequent in older men can be a result of the underlying condition. The disease like diabetes, blood pressure, heart problems, and Peyronie’s disease also contribute to the erectile dysfunction in men.
